Verification Taking Too Long

Most verifications complete within minutes. If yours is taking longer:

• Check that all information is entered correctly
• Ensure your ID photos are clear and readable
• Contact support if it's been more than 24 hours

Can't Upload Documents

If you're having trouble uploading:

• Make sure files are in JPG, PNG, or PDF format
• Check that files are under 10MB
• Try a different browser or device

Verification Rejected
